Crock Pot Beef Stew

3 carrots, cut up
3 potatoes, cut up
2 lbs stew beef
1 cup water
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
Dash of oregano
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
3 onions, quartered
1 stalk celery, sliced

Add ingredients to crock pot in the order listed.
Stir just enough to combine spices.
Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.
