Parmesan Baked Salmon

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
4 salmon filets (1 lb), skins removed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
10 Ritz crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

Preheat oven to 400°. 
Mix mayonnaise and cheese until well blended.
Place salmon in shallow baking pan.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Spread mayo/cheese mixture on each filet.
Cover filets with cracker crumbs.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
