Butterscotch Cream Pie

....and another cool dessert for a hot summer day!

1                     Ready-made graham cracker pie crust
8 oz               Cream cheese
14 oz             Sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
3/4 c             Cold water
1 sm box      Instant butterscotch pudding mix
8 oz               Cool whip

===========================================

Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Beat in the condensed milk.
Beat in the water and pudding mix.
Fold in the cool whip.
Pour into the pie crust.
Top with cool whip, if desired.
Chill until set.
