This is so incredibly easy and it's perfect on a hot summer day.
I get raves every time I make it!

1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs, crushed
1/4 c Sugar
1 stick Butter, melted
40 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 jar Peanut butter
8 oz Cool whip
1 c Unsalted peanuts, crushed
Chocolate syrup, optional

Mix first three ingredients together.
Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
Cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
Mix in the peanut butter and peanuts.
Fold in the cool whip.
Pour into the pan and smooth out.
Top with more crushed peanuts and/or drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Chill.
